 A Journey to the top of Agcararao Mountain View

It was 0500hrs when I woke up, I started prepping up for our journey. As we meet up at our meeting place, I was in the middle of thought on what will this journey brings. At 0600hrs, we started our ride to this infamous place. At 0645hrs we arrived at Passi City, as time pass by we are getting near the foot of the mountain, we are greeted by muddy, rough, steep terrains. It was not an easy journey. Finally, we arrived at the summit. We paused for a moment as we gaze at the beautiful scenery unfolding before our eyes.

Agcararao Mountain View is located 270 MASL North of Passi town Proper, Iloilo PH. It is a flower and vegetable farm atop a mountain. You can spend the night stargazing here and if you are lucky you can witness the sea of clouds during sunrise. This place is a must-visit for those who are looking for adventure and a place to relax.

HOW TO GET TO AGCARARAO MOUNTAIN VIEW:
it is 57 kms from the City of Iloilo travel time will be 2-3 hrs (bike) depending on your speed. It will be 55 kms of road and 2-3km of rough road. Once you reach Passi City town Proper travel around 5kms going to Bangga Bayan (along the National Highway to Roxas after Passi City College) on the right side of the highway there will be a tarpaulin and flaglets to guide your way to AMV.
TAKE NOTE: If you bring a car be sure it is a 4 wheel drive because the path is going to be steep and rough to climb thru the mountain. If you don't, you can rent a motorcycle ride in the area or from the town.
If you are a bike packer like me be ready to engage your low gear.
